Feedback Guide
CareGraph Point of Care snippets
You are reviewing a clinical snippet intended for obstetric teams at the point of care. The snippet has three components: an evidence summary, consumer-friendly language examples, and a documentation template.
Please review the snippet and share your feedback. There are no right answers. We want to know what works, what doesn't, and what's missing.
A. Clinical content
- Is the evidence summary accurate and current? Flag anything you believe is incorrect or outdated.
- Are there key trials, guidelines, or clinical considerations that are missing?
- Is the two-tier framing (counselling from 90th centile, IOL evidence from 95th centile) clear and clinically appropriate?
- Is there anything you would counsel differently in your own practice? If so, what and why?
B. Consumer language
- Would you feel comfortable using these examples (or similar ones) in a real consultation?
- Is there anything in the consumer language that you think would confuse or alarm patients unnecessarily?
- Is the tone right? Too cautious, too directive, about right?
C. Documentation template
- Would you use this template (or a version of it) in your eMR documentation?
- Is it the right length? Too detailed, too brief, about right?
- Is anything missing that you would routinely document for this clinical scenario?
- The resource is browser-based. Does the copy-paste format work for your eMR system?
D. Usability
- If this were available to you during a shift, would you use it?
- Which component is most useful to you: the evidence summary, the consumer language examples, or the documentation template?
- How would you prefer to access it? (e.g. web app via consistent URL, PDF, eMR integration, QR code on the wall)
E. Overall
- On a scale of 1 to 5, how useful would this snippet be in your day-to-day clinical work? (1 = not useful, 5 = very useful)
- What one thing would you change to make it more useful?
- What clinical topics would you most want to see next?
